Subscribe to 2 sourced of good information from Oracle. You will need access to Oracle support for both.
1. The support Hot topics. You can receive emails from Oracle about updates related to your interests. Its not BI specific at all. You select the products. You can use this link My Oracle Support and select what you want to receive, and how often.
If the link doesn't work, just login to http://support.oracle.com select "More" -> "Settings" and on the right "Hot Topics E-Mail".
2. The OBIEE support comunity.
