July 2019 BI Bundle Patch for 11.1.9 and 12

2 new  Bundle Patches are available at oracle.support.com for on-prem. OBIEE:

• For 11.1.1.9, patch 11.1.1.9.190716 (Patch 29994430)
• For 12.2.1.4, patch 12.2.1.4.190716 (Patch 29640387)

Both are bundle patches that include previous patches.
